We have experience in installing Audio Visual equipment, LCD TVs, Plasma TV's, conference equipment and surround sound into both businesses and homes.

Some installations such as LCD TV or plasma TV wall mounting can be fairly straight forward. However, it is always a good idea to have a professional to mount these items - basically so they don't fall off!

For more complex operations we follow this process:

Survey

We carry out the survey on the day of installation.

Firstly we discuss your requirements and offer advice on the positioning of your plasma or LCD screen. We take into account the mounting height, seating positions, viewing distance of your plasma or LCD screen and also whether the wall is suitable to take the weight of the equipment. We will then check and scan for hidden wires or pipes etc. prior to drilling or chasing into the wall.

If we are installing a projector and screen we will look at light sources, mounting distance of projector to screen and cable routes etc. to give you the best possible viewing experience.

For home theatre and cinema installations we can advise on the best speaker positions for the surround sound experience.

Having designed a plan for your home theatre or plasma wall mounting, we cover the room with dust sheets, move any furniture if necessary and then disconnect any existing equipment. We can remove and dispose of your old equipment at your request.

We will ascertain your future requirements i.e. games systems - Xbox360, PS3, Wii. or PC, HD connections and Home cinema etc. For instance you may be planning a future home theatre and cinema installation, in which case it may be a good idea to fit and hide the wires for these now.

Fixings and wall mounting

When we mount your screen our primary concern is to make absolutely sure that the wall will support your screen. We will always over fix LCD and Plasma screens to ensure we can guarantee they will stay on the wall. We will provide all necessary bolts and fixings.

Once the installation is complete the site will be cleaned and tidied. We will then setup and configure your screen and home cinema system to achieve the best possible results and give instruction if required.
